Traditionally, the somewhat sweet tomatoes are picked, halved and slowly dried in the southern Italian sun. Refined with parsley, oregano, chili, garlic and salt, they really develop their wonderful Mediterranean taste. The one alga in high-quality sunflower oil rounds off the taste again and gives the tomatoes the necessary shelf life. The pulisian tomatoes should not be missing on any antipasti plate.
