TORRONCINI WITH GIANDUIA TASTE

Discover a modern version of an otherwise classic confectionery of Italy. These are produced in a manufactory, in the south of Italy, with much attention to detail and elaborate handwork.

With few but very high quality ingredients, the torroncino is given its incomparable character. Also the torroncini with gianduia flavor is a creation of the manager of the Torrincini Manufactory. Gianduia or Gianduja is actually a sweet chocolate spread with about 30% hazelnut paste, invented in Turin during Napoleon’s reign. Thanks to the combination of roasted hazelnuts and cocoa, it makes the bar soft but intense at the same time. This is the chocolate bar of a special kind and actually almost too good to eat every day.

Gianduia paste 41% (sugar, vegetable fats (palm, palm kernel, shea), hazelnut paste 12.9%, skimmed milk powder 14%, low-fat cocoa 5.2%, stabilizer E492, soy lecithin, emulsifier, flavors); Almonds, milk chocolate (sugar, vegetable fats (palm, palm kernel, shea), skim milk powder 14%, stabilizer E491, emulsifier lecithin in soy, flavors): Hazelnuts, honey, sugar.
Coating: sugar, fully hydrogenated vegetable fats (palm), low-fat cocoa powder, emulsifier: (sunflower lecithin, polyglyceryl, polyricinoleate, sorbitan tristearate), flavor.
