The Condimento Bianco of the Mussini company of Modena is produced with the greatest care from the cooked must of hand-picked white grapes, in particular from the noble Trebbiano grape variety. This must is carefully combined with a small amount of wine vinegar and then aged in oak barrels to achieve its outstanding density and develop a characteristic aftertaste.
