Antoniana cocoa

A small Italian specialty.Because few cocoa powders are as flexible in use as this. How can a cocoa powder be flexible? Very simple! Depending on the dosage, it can be used for a regular cocoa or mixed thick enough to make a thicker drinking chocolate. This powder can also be used for desserts, such as a delicious tiramisu. Depending on taste, dissolve approx. 25-30 grams in heated milk, or froth with the frothing nozzle of your coffee machines. If you want a “drinking chocolate” of Italian or French style, simply use more ANTONIANA cocoa accordingly.
