Organic Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI is carefully produced from organically grown grapes by combining cooked grape must and organic wine vinegar. This product is aged in special oak barrels used exclusively for the refinement of organic balsamic vinegar. The balsamic is characterized by its full body and exquisite flavor that offers an enveloping and long-lasting taste experience. This exceptional quality is the result of high quality grapes and vinegar essence, locally grown.
Our tip: This balsamic vinegar is ideal for a variety of dishes, including braised or grilled vegetables, roasts, soup meats, grilled, smoked or poached fish, omelets, shrimp, aged cheese, caviar, fruit salad, desserts and even as a digestif.
In terms of appearance, this balsamic vinegar is clear and has a pronounced thickness. Its color is an intense brown with a reddish tinge, while the smell is intense and persistent, with pleasantly acidic and characteristic notes. The taste is characterized by a pleasant acidity, accompanied by sweet grape tones and subtle nuances of noble woods. With an acidity of 6% and an average thickness of 1.34, this balsamic vinegar meets the highest standards.

This product comes from Modena in Italy and is certified according to PGI standards. Since 1992, the EU has provided a system that protects and promotes traditional and regional foods. For the production of this exquisite balsamic vinegar are used carefully selected musts and vinegars from organic farming, in compliance with the rules for the Protected Geographical Indication PGI.
